Die Ars Electronica des Jahres 2005 stand unter dem Motto HYBRID Living in Paradox. Jene des Jahres 2003 hieß: CODE - the Language of our Time. Radio FRO veranstaltete in beiden Jahren Konferenzen: "DIY databasing" und "Towards a Society of Control". 2005 leitete ich gemeinsam mit Paula Le Dieu und Matt Locke einen Workshop (Licencing for free publication of intellectual and artistic content in the WWW) und unterhielt gemeinsam mit Paula LeDieu in einer Lecture in der Electro Lobby. 2003 war ich auf einem der Panels als Podiumsteilnehmerin dabei.
Link zur ARS 2005 Die Konferenz von Radio FRO trug den Titel "DIY databasing. Technical and Legal Aspects of Free Access to Information in the so called Information Society," hier zu finden. 2003 ging es um "Containing Information. Digital Standards, New Copyright Standards and their Impact on the Freedom of Information." Die anderen Teilnehmerinnen waren Cindy Cohen (USA, Legal Director, Electronic Frontier Foundation), Christiane Aschenfeld (USA, European Coordinator Creative Commons), Mark Tessekidis (D, Institut for Studies in Visual Culture). Moderator war Erich Möchel. Die Konferenzsprache war Englisch. Link zum Panel
